I've sort of noticed before that Banshees have very prominent female features, perhaps because of the formula "Scary + Sexy = Creepy" what with the breasts with glowy nipples, the pregnant stomach and such, but well...

So we had a wipe in Multiplayer because Banshees are horrible things, nothing special. I was watching the last survivor, Salarian Infiltrator, doing his best to get away but alas to no avail, he got caught by the Banshee's magnetic hands and sucked into the insta-kill animation.

As he was getting murdernated my eyes slipped downwards and I noticed that the Banshee has more... detail than I had first assumed. To phrase it, ah, delicately, it would appear that Banshees have rather prominently rendered... ah... "Azures".



Tsk tsk, Bioware. Really now! Don't you think that's overdoing it a bit?

Just remind yourself that this is all a story that the Stargazer is telling a young child and everything will be oka.... Wait, no, that doesn't make it okay. Isn't this game rated M for Mature? Should a child be hearing about Shepard's sexcapades and Reaper mutilation?

So... Who would have guess... I mean - all the Reaper inventions are somehow naked. Which is strange, considering that at least Husks are made from people whilst they are clothed (I should have know). The fact that Banshee model is übernaked doesn't make it any worse or better. I mean - have you ever seen a cannibal up close? That is much more disturbing than some exposed Asarii waste disposal (and remember - it is not what you think it is, for the Asarii have no need for reproductive organs other than their skin).

Yeah, this. It's not like the child isn't a bit of waste, considering how many daughters a matrone can have during her lifespam. :happy:

But @chengda85 - I guess you are kinda right. Of course, I am NOT that intimated with asarii biology, so I tried to keep the topic off the board, because there is never any cannon-related topic and given the general biotic nature of Asarii, they can just Zero Matter the children out of their nosdrills for all we know...

The birth canal is part of the vagina, asari certainly have one. And no, I don't want to post a screenshot, that would necessitate staying around a Banshee long enough to scope in and make a screen capture, and whenever there's a Banshee on my screen I'm rather occupied with the running and the screaming and the shooting and the swearing.

I'm sure there's some picture on the Googles though. I'd check it up myself, but I already feel really dirty just for noticing in the first place x_x

It's rather strange that Banshees are the only husks with genitals (that I've seen, anyway), I mean, Cannibals, human Husks should have external dangly bits, no? I guess Turian ones are like lizards, able to be sheathed.. and you'd think a Brute would be a good opportunity to show off the by-now-legendary Krogan Quads?
