That preacher was funny, don't know whatchu talkin bout.
I didn't want to kill Khalisah, I just wanted to take my shotgun to her camera. Just blow it up and walk away to prove how powerless she is.
Pretty much all the NPC's I would want to kill I get to with the possible exceptions of Han'Gerrel and Daro'Xen.

Did you ever do the mission to Noveria in ME1? The Salarian who you could get arrested was such a huge ass, i wanted to just whip out my shotgun and carve him a new one.

It bugged me that if you spared Rana on Virmire, you couldn't kill her in ME2.

Voices offer the means of communicating meaning. It's the meaning she communicates that makes me want to kill her.

noooo not Joker, although i have to admit i agree on Aria, spent a good portion of my game running around for her so i could get the 3 biggest merc organizations in the galaxy to aid against the reapers and she forgets to send them into the fleet battle for earth. I didn't see any merc ships fighting... did you?
