 If i am say at 180% which dang mod do i need to get it to 200% and i assume it won't go above 200%
i'd hate to be wasting the few lvl 3 mods if it is not helping but what is the difference between all of them

damage, recharge, etc


i looked at the wiki and did not see it in detail
