Wardens keep and lel's song r installed  but they continue to dl and fail,  

search in forum showed no listing and there probably is 

cant seem to remove from only have the retry buton

What patch are you running? Patch 1.05 fixes most DLC issues.

1.05 patch has been aplied, along with a few other dlc's only got trouble with the 2 mentioned even unticked the dlc's and restarted the pc like 5 times, dont seem to see anything in the data or bim-ship or package files to delete either, Dl bothseperatly as well and tried that type of install and still no response from the dlc's to stop DL or the retry to go away...

hidden file thing noob, even doin program data folder and using the doaupdater and selecting all the dlcs again didn't even fix it, still retry

this is the method i just used, or should i just ignor the retry and play the game
A) Go to your DA \\bin_ship folder and start daupdater.exe as admin.
Click Select DAZips button.
C) Browse to C:\\ProgramData\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater\\Data folder (this is where the downloads are kept)
D) Select all of them at once and click ok.
E) Again, select all and click "Install selected"

I got it , deleted this file daupdatersvc.service from the Bin-ship folder im such a noob
