As the title says I am unable to purchase any of the expansions online. I keep getting a message saying to use another card. I have talk to tech support three times and non of them know what to do or fix it.
I have tried:
checking with the banks to make sure all cards are good
called visa gift cards to make sure the gift card was working
attempted the purchase useing firefox, chrome, and explorer
messed with my firewall
messed with my addons (turning the on and off)
messing with all my internet options like cookies and spam filters
reset my modem.
As you can see i have tried everything I and the tech support staff could think of. The last resort was with the last tech who said to post on the forum for a developer to look at the post. So now here i am asking WTF IS WRONG WITH THE PURCHASING SYSTEM OF BIOWARE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!????
Dragon age 2 is one of my favorite games of all times and the only downside of it that i have found is that freak'n' bioware webiste and EA tech support can't help me purchase an expasion from them. No one seems to know what is going on. Some please help!!!!

Once upon a time, this was DA2's gamer to gamer self-help tech discussion forum. But DA2 was a fizzle compared to DAO, and by last May, with the new off-season weather (forums being bad weather oriented for most gamers), what few players had started visiting this one all left, and never came back.
This was NEVER any kind of conduit to reach EA's Help Pages, and as soon as the first patch was out, interaction with Bioware ended. However, this was strictly for GAME problems, not SITE problems. You are off topic here.

got the same problem i can`t by anymore bioware points i select the number of points i want and how to pay i tick the box for terms of use and then try to move on but then it gets stuck in loading and won`t move on tryed it several times.
