The GPS doesn't pass through enemies with shredder but it still benefits from the armor reducing effects

Actually in gold, shooting off your predator will get you killed in .5s. A weapon that does most damage per shot will do better since you can shoot then go behind cover and repeat.

Keeping in mind i rarely shoot my gun except against enemies with 1-2 health bars and elites/bosses.

The GPS already ignores damage reduction.  So why would you take up one of the two mod spots with something that doesn't work for it?

Actually the widow is really nice (Both Black and M-98 I prefer BW myself) I personally hate the Javelin and could never adapt to it.

But I'm no where near arrogant enough to assume that just because I dislike it and feel that it is weak than clearly everyone else is stupid to use it... Different strokes for different folks, I'm sure their are people who think I'm an idiot for using a BW all the time and dominate with the Javelin themselves.

I only vote to kick people for not readying or being low level in gold.

If I don't like the class setup for some reason I'll leave myself.
