Javelin by base has slightly better DPS anyway IIRC

But it depends on user too. There's a pretty good spead for what they can both do.

I just got kicked by 2 N7 44s and one 29 (I'm 297). I've never really been kicked before, but I suppose I got lucky this time, it was an asari adept with a striker I, an infiltrator with only an arc pistol and a level 1 vanguard. This was a silver lobby.

The point being, sometimes people kick because they are morons.

For the longest time I didn't even have a Widow, only the Javelin. I wonder what the guy would have said had the OP not even had one in the first place.

I got booted with my salarian infiltrator, black widow, sniper damage III, cryo ammo in a farming game just because the class was in lvl 15. I was the player with most N7 ranking (I was 1000+, the rest didn't even make it to 200) and they kicked me because I wasn't lvl 20.

It's really for the best when these people boot you, their ignorance just ensures you would not have had a good gaming experience anyway.

I was once kicked for the same sort of logic. I didn't even have the Widow or Black Widow unlocked, but I have Jav IV, and I'm supposed to .. what? Miracle myself a Widow?

The charged shot probably does a ton of damage when cloaked, but yeah it's an odd choice.... then again this is coming from someone who spent most of the day on Silver using a Human Infiltrator armed with nothing but a Talon....

On Bronze or Silver I don't even bother selecting the kick vote, unless someone's really slow to ready, like, taking more than 3 minutes after the lobby owner readies. I mean, what's the point? If you're supposedly so awesome, you could easily clear either even while carrying the dead weight. I know my first MP game was on SILVER, one guy dropped out on wave 9, the other two basically carried the last two waves with me only taking the occasional podshot on my lvl 1 human infiltrator. This was in the second week after release, but I guess those guys had had their practice in beta or something.

So overall, I wouldn't even know where the kick button is on bronze or silver, basically blocking all those kick-happy idiots, since they need ALL THREE votes in a 4-man lobby to succeed.

If you're unlucky and don't get decent weapons from packs then you use what you have. As of now, the only pistols I have are Predator X and Phalanx II. N7 166.

Predator X would be your best bet if you need a light weapon.
Headshots would only take 3-4 bars off one of the weakest enemies, but they make the difference between a 1 health bar after a biotic explosion and dead you compared to a dead phantom. <_<

I use the Predator X on my caster classes until I get them to around 10ish to get weight reductions. The Phalanx II still gets me 200% at that point and dishes out a bit more damage.

 As i'm primary playing GE ( right now ) and yes my turrent is speced for shield recharge - i would KICK you just as well if i see you anywhere near the bottom. Been speced for healing means jack for Geth engi. Actully that's the best offencive spec. So yeah been last on the scorebord whit GE is an instant kick. He can outsocre any class in the game whit almost no effort - aside from GI.

Why do you have the armor pierce on a GPS?

I was kicked last night from a Gold lobby... Had my Geth Engineer up... level 20, was rocking my Javelin, equipped for increased sniper power, shield boost, and disruptor ammo (all level 3). I had the highest N7 level in the lobby (I'm not even at 200 yet), and the highest character level (next highest was a level 16 vanguard). Just got done placing 1st witht he same build on a Gold match in another lobby (wanted to back out and spend some credits in the store). I was just like... WTF? Good luck with your weak characters and your Vanguard!

And by the way, your starting weapons and the basic upgrade weapons you can pick up early in the game are actually better overall at high levels than most rarer weapons are at lower levels. You should never be afraid to rock an Avenger or Predator. And the Mantis may be the best overall sniper rifle of the game if you actually care about supporting your team.

Some people will kick you just because you don't fit their style of play, or their idea of how one class works. I got mocked then kicked once just because they didn't like the mods I gave my Phalanx. Like seriously? Lol.

lol scrubs.. trust me... just use the javelin alone with a clip and barrel and  distruption ammo  3 and watch them eat face

on different note does anyone know  if there javelin can even up 3-10 in mp or its  that as far it can go up to?
