I can't get past the Payment Method screen. The "Continue" buttons are both greyed out as there are no payment options. I am trying to buy the 800 points $10 one. Please help.

I haven't got that, but I can't buy bioware points at the moment either. All day I've been getting the message "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." It happens in-game, or when trying from my profile>add bioware points, or trying via dlc. Don't know exactly what it means. It was fine previously...

I tried to buy the 10 dollar one as well, it seemed to work, but I do not have the points in my account.

Same problem. It looks like few people encountered it.
Can anyone tell me the reason?
btw:change item u purchase will not solve it.
