It´s weird. It seems I can´t seem to be able to use Mic for voice chat. I´ve set it to push to talk, but when I push the button Tab, nothing happens.

You'll probably have to turn up the recording volume of your mic. Mine had the same problem. Just go to the sound icon in the task bar, right click and go to recording devices, and mess with the settings of your mic. I had to turn the microphone amplification all the way up for ME3 to recognize I was talking.
