I got 'can't found CE dlc&avatar in BSN' issue and sent email to ea support.

Afer few days, one of ea advisor replied and he/she said "you did not get 'Galaxy at War linking'....I have done some necessary changes into your account"
But my account already linked with 'galaxy at war' long times ago before he/she linking into my account again.



My N7 level is 630, means promoted 17 times, but my 'N7 Special Ops Team rating' point is now only 1(promote once After this happened)and affect my SP war assets score.

I think my MP play history has been gone after they touch my account.

Jesus, what can i do about this MESS? Another email?

Does this affect your galaxy readiness level for SP? If not, I could see this being somewhat of a factor if you get kicked out of a Silver/Gold lobby due to assumed inexperience, but other than that, this would not bother me.

Yes, affect my SP war assets. now my SP 'n7 special ips team' points are just 75.

I have a similar problem. Promoted 14 times, but "N7 Special Ops Team rating" point is 11. EA support can't help.

Same here, I'm also stuck at 11, im guessing its a server side issue

To be clear, I'm facing this issue on PC version of ME3.
So I suspect its not a server issue or something that affects cross platform

I've been noticing that it doesn't matter how many times I promote or level up my rating is still stuck at 13.. while I'm glad it's not just me, this sure sucks to happen..
