Two lines that came close to producing eyeball sweat:

One of the lines that really got me was from the Elcor Ambassador (I believe). But Shep asks him how many of their ppl they were able to get off Dekunna.

For the first time that I can remember this Elcor used no descriptive statement. It was just a very long pause. Then he says, "Not enough."

When Legion dies AND peace is achieved.  Legion may not need peace to say this, but since I always manage peace....

Mordin's speach to Shep, and his mutterings as he rides up the elevator to certain doom.

Shep to the Virmire sacrifice: "Fight hard. Die proud." If I ever got a tatoo, that'd probably be it.

Liara was always move love interested. At the end right before going in the beam, when Liara says "I am yours" I always start tearing up. That touching moment Bioware added was great. I felt like I was losing my love as well. It was like Shepard knew that was the last time she'd ever see Liara.
