Which shows what a great guy Mark Meer is...that 1)he'd stand in line to get in a con rather then use his credentials to cut and 2) that he'd let a fan film him saying that in Cmndr Shepard's voice.  Some VAs would be like, "Uh, no, I'd have to have permission from Bioware and they may not like it and yadda yadda yadda".

Char's poem...my first playthrough I didn't even realize that was him until I gave the tape to the Asari and heard it...and realized that it was the poetic Krogan I helped hook up with the asari in the first place.  The poem may be cheesy...but damn if the emotional intensity isn't there like a hammer to the face.

The discussion with Wrex and Eve after the Shroud has a very different feeling to it if you stopped Mordin from making a terrible mistake.

Wrex and Eve talking about their species' struggles, hope for the future, and Mordin's sacrifice got to me.

If Eve died and they speak at her funeral and you're the only person who knows her sacrifice was for nothing...that was a burden as well.

Mordin singing Amazing grace in the DLC is pretty goddamn sad.

ME2: Sidonis' confession at the end of Garrus' loyalty mission.

ME3: Sitting down with Anderson - pretty much the only scene in ME3 that I actually liked.

And "the best" from Citadel.

Not from a character, but from a weapon. The pistol sounding off as it fired its rounds at the tube. The best line in the trilogy knowing the reapers are about to be destroyed. excellent

ME1: (Renegade) Shepard: 'You think I don't want them to pay for Akuze? Listen to me, Toombs. Arresting him hurts. Them. More.'

ME2: Tali: (to her father) 'You always had a plan! You wouldn't die like this! You wouldn't!'

ME3: Garrus: 'If this thing goes sideways and we end up in heaven... meet me at the bar.'

There are quite a few that are very well delivered, but from the last time I played this struck me:

That line is so well delivered its ridiculous.
