The question of synthetics having a soul has been one of the story themes I have been super attached to, so this line gave me huge warm fuzzies even though I was like, sobbing. 

Thane's prayer and Mordin's final words round it out.

Hell almost all the lines from the characters got me emotional. Tali and Garrus the most. Thane, mordin, and wrex for the runner ups.

Damn you bioware for getting me so emotionally attached to fictional characters!

Seeing this thread , i have to say. There are just too many to keep count.
ME3 probably has most of those lines. Most of what was cool has already been said, to avoid some repeats ill try to mention something a little less mainstream.

I doubt anyone else liked it as much but being one of the few people who appreciated Cerberus and TIM.
