The most emotional lines for me are from the scene where you kill Padok Wikcs, even moreso than Mordin, he completely burns Shepard when he says he doesn't have a choice.

"Some souls die in battle. Some die in their sleep. And some die for no reason at all. This is my chance to die for what I believe"

Padok Wiks: Of course you do, and somewhere deep in fabric of reality. that choice will be remembered for all eternity."

Given that Mordin always lives for me, I never see this, but I did look it up on youtube and it's a pretty powerful scene. Mordin's redemption was awesome, but I have to respect Wiks.

Anybody know how to get the "All those little blue children will be disappointed that I didn't have a speech." when intiating Liara's gift scene??

I've seen videos of both male and femshep with Liara as the LI through all 3 games and she only said the "I only know I'll have a clever line 5 minutes from now."

I myself have stayed faithful to her all 3 games and didn't get this line.  (maleshep)

I still haven't played LOTSB so I don't know if that affects it or not .  Any info is appreciated.

Ah, that makes sense.  Must scrounge up points to purchase it so I can get the line lol (and enjoy great dlc in the process)
