anytime I have a chargeable weapon equipped (kishok harpoon launcher, geth shotgun, arc pistol) equipped.. if I'm in "cover" or against a wall if I attempt to charge the weapon I will automatically go into zoomed mode and can't exit zoomed mode or move.. in order to move I have to shoot the weapon to release the charge..

if I use a non-charge weapon like the widow sniper rifle etc I do not have this problem.. even when zoomed in I can move around and get in and out of cover like normal and zoom in and out..

I'm using an ATI 5770 video card with latest drivers and intel I3-530 cpu with windows 7 64 bit..

That's not a bug, it has always been like that since ME 2.
