Greetings,

I tried to buy 3 spectre packs and I only got errors. When I restarted the game I lost all my credits. The game told me to contact support so here I am.

I suggest you:
- review your inventory to make sure nothing slipped past you. Note: If you did receive any items, they may or may not be flagged as new.
- buy a recruit pack and see if your past purchases finish processing.
- write it off and try to move on.

Same problem for 10 days (when the 99K pack was released), lost 4 packs, relaunch didn't help - and we are still ignored by Bioware (not even a word of love on the forum). I'm stacking the credits until I'll hear about a fix.

I have it every time I buy a pack now Nothing new in my inventory (made a list and bought a few packs)

When it happens, back out to the main menu and then go back online. Sometimes this makes new stuff appear in your loadout

I got the same error when purchasing a couple premiums, but with actual money instead of credits (had an extra ten ,figured why not?) I also can't get it to go through.
