You have to pay an extra ticket to see the real final after the credits...

If anything, Shepard would probably be friendly to both Liara and Ashley, and there would be no romance in the movie whatsoever. I doubt there'll be many squadmate conversations in that movie anyway.

Hope there's no romance. I doubt it though. Every movie has got to have a romance now a days! *Sigh*

If Uwe Boll makes that movie, everyone will get shot.

...and most likely a large amount of viewers will shoot themselves aswell after watching it.

You just broke Rule #33

My money is on Ashley, they already had a human/blue alien love thing going with Avatar, but you never know.
I hope it is Liara, but I think they will go for Ash.

Liara. obviously

This. She's obviously the writer's favorite. (Mine too, but that's beside the point.)

If it's following the course of the games, I would see Miranda as being a temporary fling (even though she's obviously my favourite) but Liara or Ashley could be the 'one who's been there all along'. It's cheesy, but that's blockbusters for you.

I support this and I don't see how it wouldn't be possible. There are a number of recent movies who don't dwell on romance (I don't have them in mind right now) and they're much more enjoyable story-wise.

Maybe not to the majority of the viewers though... but let's face it, fans are impossible to please. They're far better off leaving the romance speculations to fan fiction.

I imagine it will be Liara but they could always do a James Bond by having a different romance in every film

I was under the impression it wasn't going to be about Shepard? -_-

Anyway if it is it'll probably be BOTH Ashley and Liara, but I'd laugh my ass off if it was Kaidan.

I'd prefer there be no romantic subplot at all. But if there is one, I'm pretty sure it will be with Liara.

I don't think Shepard should be in it at all. Shepard is different to every fan, so having Shep in the movie would just make 99% go "That's not what Shepard would have done/said/looked like" and even if all fans still would have their own Shepard as head canon, it would feel a bit odd.

I'd still watch it though. Hell, I'd even watch that cartoon they did an April's fools video about, and enjoy it.

If they actually go ahead with the movie and have Shepard in it (a mistake in my opinion). It will be a male shepard and the LI will be Liara. Because that's what the 'canon' is. If you go with a default ME3 game with no saves, you'll have romanced Liara in ME1 and no-one in ME2 (because hooking up with Liara in ME2 is DLC). And it'll be male shepard because that's the one they put on the front of the boxes (yes, I know the standard edition covers of ME3 are reversible), and in most of the trailers.

It's a modern film.  There will be a romance story in it.  The exceptions to that are very rare.

I think it would be amazing if they decided to go with Tali, but if they didn't I'd like to see Liara. Also, I think if Bioware wanted this to be as good as the games were, they should do a poll for the major plot points. Save or kill the Queen, Save Ashley or Kaiden, Romance option. **** like that.

Liara by far, blue space babe will sell to hollywood. Tali face reveal would be great if done correctly but I just do not see Quarians selling in modern hollywood... because Liara can show cleavage, Tali can't. And while Tali has more depth, This is Hollywood and women do not have depth, just boobs it is how movies work.

I think Liara is going to look weird in live action. Say what you want about Avatar, but those blue people were very carefully produced to still be attractive (lips, eyes, hair). I don't think the bone head ridges thing will work for the general public. Even Delenn had to have hair.

Also, why would any studio pass on having an ashley (or miranda) looking lead for their poster? Bioware isn't making this movie, studio execs are...

Bioware has a direct hand in the creation of it. Executives aren't making the movie, say what you will about studios, there are good ones out there. Besides, Miranda and Ashley, while both good in some parts, were overly ****y, ****y, ****y characters that will need a overhaul in their personality to even make it anywhere. Not too mention we're all grasping at straws with what the movie will be about. What if it's about the first contact war and Anderson? Which would be awesome.

Ashley of course. People would find Liara weird. And Ashley makes more sense, you know at least she is human and attractive.

In who's opinion? I think Ashley is the least Attractive female protagonist. I prefer Liara in terms of looks until ME3 Where Tali takes the crown. Albeit a poor rendition, and attempt, Tali seems to be the most attractive.

Actually, that'd be ideal for the film. Characters that start out disliking each other and develop a relationship is a tried and tested formula.

Maybe they'll surprise us and it will be BroShep with Kaidan!

Or perhaps the movie will be shown on several different screen simultaneously and you move between screens depending on your choice ("Shepard kills the Rachni queen, go to screen 3" "Shepard is a woman, please leave the cinema")
