This game has a lot of issues based on lags for people who joined a game to a host that has a bad ping to them.
Fast acting as a vanguard or targetting a kishok are two simpliest examples. Everyone suffer if the ping is bad - the person lagging, the people pulling the job for him, and the team spirit from mutual irritation caused by lagged actions.

Can be resolved by friendship and quick lag checks in first round, then maybe quitting. But is it cool if someone quits on wave one?

A tool showing ping to host and from host to all guests would solve the problem.
