1. We know from the Arrival pack that the destruction of a mass relay results in a supernova-like event that destroys the local system and all life therein.
2. We also know that mass relays are required for travel between clusters.
3. Two of the ending options result in the destruction of all mass relays.
4. Therefore, all ending options save one will result in at least billions of deaths by explosion, and a very large fleet (or rather, any part of it surviving the local mass relay explosion) stranded in the Sol system, which is already overpopulated and stripped of resources.
