Combat Training (Tier 1) reads:
The character has completed basic combat training. Warriors and rogues
gain access to first-tier weapon talents. Mages can take more damage
from an attack before it interrupts their spellcasting.
Improved Combat Training (Tier 2) reads:
Warriors and rogues gain access to second-tier weapon talents, as well
as a bonus to stamina regeneration. Mages can take more damage from an
attack before it interrupts their spellcasting and gain a bonus to mana
regeneration.
Expert Combat Training (Tier 3) reads:
The character has seen more battles than even a seasoned soldier, and
gains small bonuses to attack. Warriors and rogues gain access to
third-tier weapon talents. Mages can take more damage from an attack
before it interrupts their spellcasting.
Master Combat Training (Tier 4) reads:
The character is highly experienced in combat and gains small bonuses
to armor and attack. Warriors and rogues gain access to top-tier weapon
talents. Mages can take more damage from an attack before it interrupts
their spellcasting.
Notice I bolded the important part to me; mana regeneration. Does a mage's mana regeneration increase with any Combat Training Tactic other than Tier 2?
It doesn't say anything about mana regeneration in T1, T3, or T4, but I also know how games tend to mislead (read: lie to) us about what skills say they do, and what skills actually do. Does anyone have any information on this subject or know where I can find out for myself?
Mages, Combat Training, and Mana Regeneration.

Its only tier 2 as far as I can tell.
I'm not sure if it applies in combat or how big the bonus is.

The mana regen is so pitifully slow that you might use 98 lyrium potions instead of 99

Mana Regen takes a lot of gold before it gets good.
+1 on its own won't make much difference but once you get +2 from staff, +2 from Wade's Drakeskin (assuming your a Arcane Warrior), +1 from Wicked Oath, +1 from Anduriels Blessing suddenly it makes a big difference.
With my -10% fatigue Blizzard costs me 54 mana. At 6 mana/sec I regen that in 9 seconds. Not bad.
If Combat Tactics gives some in combat regen (unknown at this point) or have a Song of Regen going (from Leiliana) its extremely quick. You can really spam spells.

I understand and accept that Mana Regen will be expensive, but in an effort to maximize it I discovered the strangity above and would like to broaden my understanding. And I don't care what you, say, strangity is a word.
