Geth or Quarians?

Me?
Geth as theres only one tail but every geth has the potential to be a legion and i don't think i could bring my self to kill a million legions :crying: plus the geth fleet wiped the floor with the quarians one on one

Definitely Geth. Never liked those Quarians. Besides, it's their fault; they attacked.

Geth probably.

Quarians fired the first shot both times, I probably would have let the chips fall where they may.

Not knowing it would cause Tali to commit suicide, probably the geth... so that's really the only fair answer I can give.

Implying that every geth is even close to Legion's equal is, IMO, a little insulting to his memory.

Besides, when you have the chance to kill them they haven't been upgraded yet. "Potential" is irrelevant; it's why abortion is okay, despite the fetus's potential to grow into a full human being.

Quarians are ****s for what they did, but they didn't run to the reapers, so quarians. I think I'd pick them even if I DID have enough points for peace.

I think I'd have to go with the Geth. Ultimately, Commander Shepard has to make a decision that will give the best possible chance of defeating the Reapers. Not only are the Geth substantially stronger than the Quarians, the Quarians abandon the galaxy to the Reapers and go off to war without a second thought. Not only that, but they have no problem with ignoring the orders of one of their own admirals and insist on firing on a defenseless enemy.

The technological superiority of the Geth, as well as the moral inferiority of the Quarians, mean that the decision is fairly clear--even if it is tragic.

Quarians. Organics should stick together in Mass Effect universe. See, synthetics always kill organics as kid says and he cannot be wrong because he is,like ,super smart. He created the reapers and even his creations go "Rudimentary creatures of blood and flesh... You are dumb." and ctr.
Even Sheperd trusts the kid.

Gotta be Quarians so that dead Tali doesn't come and try to romance me later.

It wasn't an option in one of my games.

I picked Geth. Mostly because it's the Quarians choice to attack, but stopping Legion would give the Geth no choice but to be destroyed.

Quarians.

Again I see that people fail to recognise that the Geth committed genocide on an unparalleled level. *Billions* of Quarians have died since and during their exile from their homeworld. The codex suggests there were billions living on Rannoch. The Quarian population is estimated to about 17 million now. That's a lot of Quarians killed by the Geth. The fact that they are willing to forgive the Geth is amazing.

Additionally, I would never betray Tali or her people. They're the only civilization out there which didn't dig their heads into the sand the moment someone said "Reaper". And I love Tali.

Of course i would chose the Quarians they may be stupid but least they don't side with the Reapers when i' not around.

I don't care what the circumstances are it doesn't get much worse than that. I re-write the Heretics and this is what i get ? No **** you guys seriously ...

Not to mention they aren't much more than just kitchenware , garden tools etc that grew a conscience because somebody was stupid . I wouldn't destroy them for that but if i had to chose hell yes , not even thinking about it and if EDI would start ****ing she gets trown out the airlock right next to the remains of what the Geth once were.

This actually happened to me cos I killed Tali in ME2. And I picked the Geth. Because the Geth aren't murderous savages. And they didn't need me to punch them in the gut to be reasonable

Geth. If the Quarians think they can create a race and then wipe it out because they started to think...well...Tali can jump off all the cliffs she wants.

Quite a few of those Quarians may have been killed by the other Quarians, since a lot of them sided with the Geth during the Morning War.

That depends entirely on whether you rewrote or destroyed the heretics. If you destroyed them (which is, IMO, the right decision), the quarians are in fact worth more War Assets than the geth.

Also, if you make your decisions entirely based on War Assets, then you should also kill Wrex on Virmire and sabotage the genophage in order to get both krogan and salarian support. Yet I see few people taking that path.

Geth, every Quarian except Tali and Kal Regar suck. I would side with the Geth, then wrestle Tali down before she could commit suicide. Dr. Chakwas could give her Prozac and Vallium and lots of other yummy pills until she was over it.
