Is there a time lag before ME3 registers I have XBLGold again? I mean, my account shows I do.

Your online pass is connected to your account, and something might have happened when you renewed it. I'd look to make sure the pass is still there first.
What's preventing you from going online? Is it a problem with the Live Account, or with your ME3 Multiplayer?

Thanks for your response. There indeed seemed to have been a lag. I tried again now and it works.
