I bought the XBox 360 version of ME3, since I played the previous 2 games on it. But I have more friends playing the PC version.

My
question is, If I buy the PC version using the same EA/Origin account
that my XBox Gamertag is linked to, will the Multiplayer progress that I
made on the XBox (Character/Weapon/Mod Unlocks) carry over to the PC
version, and vise versa?

nope. Pretty sure it won't, from what I've heard. Someone else asked this, and my response was what a lot of people said.
