I was playing on my Asari Adept trying to level her, and on the end of Wave 9, I found myself unable to do anything. I couldn't cap objectives on Wave 10, I couldn't revive the dead, I couldn't use any of my powers, and I couldn't even fire my gun or dodge. 

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
