Vega is good laughed every time he opened his mouth, he has some of the funniest lines in the "game" despite the Garrus one about the shadow broker if you bring liara (oh and Joker wondering if Liara has stopped bouncing boob joke). Wikia http://masseffect.wi...Unique_dialogue

Yep, I saw this on my second playthrough.  I figured that it didn't really matter, and I needed my other squadmate's abilities more than I needed his.  I was amused, I must say.

But you should bring him with you to the final Cerberus base.  When you see your first phantom, and kill her, he says "Take that you flippy little b i t c h!"  I found that hilarious because I was thinking along the same lines at the time.
