I will be the only one who has this problem with Ballistic Blades when shooting under cover just does not do any damage someone else has the same problem?

you're not the only one, i've found that if there is any cover at all between my and a target they do nothing. target's must must be free and clear of any obstruction for them to be of any effect. i just had an incident where 2 husks were coming at me side by side, one had a bit of a rail between him and me. one was killed the other was untouched.
