With your luck I'm suprised that my level 1 Krogan Sentinel with a Black Widow II wasn't kicked from bronze earlier today in a group of 150+ N7s.

That's just stupid to kick on bronze other than being AFC.

VERY. Out of the 10 lobbies I ended up finding, I got 2 games. Very ridiculous. There seriously needs to be an N7 lvl cap for bronze. It's not fair to people like me trying to level up otherwise.

So what? Don't join a bronze lobby if you can't handle the possibility of a few newbies not being as good as you and having to end up carrying the team as a result. It's bull**** to get kicked off our OWN DAMN DIFFICULTY LEVEL just because some high lvl just wants easy creds/xp without having to deal with the newer players.

No offense dude, but hand me some of that red sand. Because I never said I was the one doing the kicking. :P

I don't think there should be any kind of cap for bronze - I'm medium N7 rank, but only play Silver or Bronze, and quite like promoting characters and starting again at level 1.  What we really need is less jerks IRL who will do things like kicking for low level in Bronze - but that's probably asking too much ...

now your talking about high lvls kicking you from bronze

I play bronze ONLY to troll.....

Kicking people, being Cerberus/Geth colors, using their respective weapons, spamming nova near snipers, going down on wave 1, letting teammates die, and of course using rockets on swarmers!

Normally I do Gold/Silver though and am totally serious... but when I had a bad day and need to cool off, trolling is a great stress relief.

Sad for your experience, though. They should at least give you a game to prove that you're alright (or that you're not, but you are willing to learn).

Excuse me? I shouldn't have to "prove myself" on a difficulty level that is DESIGNED to be for people new to the multiplayer.  You would certainly have a point if I was trying to get on silver or gold, but high N7 lvls who kick on bronze need to get their head out of their ass. I don't care if you come on bronze for easy creds or whatever, but don't come on the easiest difficulty and kick every newbie that tries to join. You ARE playing on their level after all.

Of course, if bioware just made the whole EMS system to where it was actually possible to get the best ending without multiplayer, I wouldn't even be bothering with MP probably. But that's a debate that belongs in another topic...B)

At least would mean they could do more.  Also, left the option for you either to be alright or willing to learn (from such advice as "provide cover for your allies doing objectives" or "get in the hack circle, we'll all get more credits if this goes faster" or "please stop meleeing large groups of pyros.")

OTOH, it's not as though you've got the constitutionally granted right to play with any given group - if three other people have seen you play and don't want you there, it's probably better to get the kick than have them not support you, not revive you, etc.

You'll find some friendly folks eventually, or people who don't care.  Or a Novaguard planning on soloing Bronze who couldn't care less if you're doing anything or not.

People kick for dumb reasons, I'd just get used to it.

There seems to be some people who love to kick Asari Adepts. I think they've never understood what Biotic Explosions are.

you don't need a mic for bronze.. you don't need communication at all for this level. just rush in and whack at stuff boom you're done..

I agree with the OP Bronze should have kicking disabled. If you're not read in three minutes the game starts ready or not if the other three are readied up.

No, don't take out the feature to kick people on bronze! Have you ever got someone who joins, ready up, finds a safe spot, and sit there to get the xp and credits?

Bronze is easy enough where even if the true level 2 does decide to go in and start whacking at a group of pyros it's really not a big deal. So you have three people. you've got waves of like 10 people to kill. No big deal.. there is no proving yourself. you can play horribly on bronze that's what it's for.

if you are kicking anyone on bronze you're a Douche. End... OF... Story..

It's just my personal opinion but I don't like to run bronze with 4 level 5's. If I'm doing it, I'd at least like to only have to carry one or two. 3-4 and we're doomed.

That being said, I think it'd make more sense for you guys to just quit a lobby and join a new one. It's faster, and it doesn't involve making people hate you because you're unsporting.

If they have a very low N7 rank I don't even kick then. It takes some time to get a feel for the lobby and readying up, etc.

Maybe they can't play on Silver and Gold because they suck, and they kicked you because they didn't want you to laugh at them for being terrible?

Yeah.  Second post nailed it.

My personal favorite is when someone playing a level 18-20 vanguard starts bragging about how much he's schooling everyone else on bronze.

I wonder if perhaps there's some other reason you're being kicked.  When I was starting out I only got kicked once, and that was my very first game, N7 level of 1.  Were you perchance taking too long to level up your character between matches?

What he means is he'll kick someone if their mic is permanently on, console gaming style.

I have a N7 ranking of 350ish and I still mostly play on bronze for fun. Won't try to kick them unless they don't ready up. And you need 3 people's votes to get kicked, so it must mean either you're pissing everyone off (by not readying up) or that they are all friends. In my case, since I don't have any friends on ME3 and I don't use mic, I like to go with the former =).

???

I never said it's not fair that high lvls can join bronze...I don't care if all the high lvls want is to test their build or get easy cred and xp. What I DO care about though, is when they decide they are gonna kick low N7 lvls on bronze. Either hoof it for your cred and xp on silver or gold so you don't have to deal with newbies, or half ass it on bronze like you want and deal with the little annoyances that come with having to deal with newbies.

And not having to work as hard? It's not like I just sit there all game and do nothing. :P I DO actually get my own kills and definitely don't try stupid **** like soloing part of a map.

Yeah, kinda hard to do that when almost every damn lobby I find has high levels who instantaneously feel the need to kick me. :wizard:
