For the first time, Bioware is on thin ice.

I would reckon the people indfferent to the ending out number those who liked it.

Oh, absolutely. Is anyone arguing that there's a silent majority out there which actually likes the ending? I thought the argument is that most people think the ending is kinda weak but not a big deal.

(It's a bit self-serving for me to argue that myself, since I'm personally with Team Meh.)

I think this is true as well, despite my personal dislike of the ending.

Why? Why haven't we heard about this group from anecdotal evidence if it is the largest group? I would have expected more meh responses from people that talked about their circle of friends and family. I haven't heard much about the meh group. Maybe the majority have an additional degree of separation from us? They aren't linked directly to us? I don't know, but I do know you're a smart guy. What is your opinion?

The question simply becomes what is the number of people that expressed dissatisfaction over the ending and what is the multiplier. Simple. Even if you lower the number and lower the multiplier the numbers and percentages are significant - some would even say a... majority.

Anyone have a problem with this?

Only if someone equates "dissatisfaction" with "hating it."

Like I said, I'm on Team Meh. I've played worse endings, but not from Bioware. But you can still count me as dissatisfied.

After the EC, maybe not. We'll see.

Well for one.. there isn't millions of fans who didn't like the ending, it wasn't even a quarter of a million. Many people are happy with ME3. So your argument is broken. If a few thousand get mad, move on, you can't force their hands and demand a company to do what you want.. you take it or leave it.

This guy quoted himself in his forum signature... why would anyone try to debate anything with him after having seen that?

I just wish ignoring someone/blocking someone would hide the garbage they post in every thread on the forum.

It takes experience on this forum to know who to avoid and who to take seriously. The problem is new or infrequent members never see the pattern repeat itself. Over and over.

Oh i've learned that trying to debate with driden is pointless, it would be more productive to bash my head on a wall and hope the wall comes down before my head cracks.

Yes, I know you've lately been on Team Meh. However, in threads, you mostly agree with the people that liked the ending and mostly disagree with the people that didn't like the ending. Correct?

By the way, where is the rest of Team Meh?

I keep seeing the same 3-4 pro-enders jumping on every thread trying to find excuses for inexusable.

Including this:

Are you on EA payroll?

I don't know if they are even pro-enders. I can't remember the last time I have seen anything out of them that wasn't about us being wrong. True pro-enders that aren't PR trolls and say that they liked the ending without trying to discount other's opinions I have always responded to like this...

"I am glad you liked the ending. I am envious. I SO wished I could have".

As an actual member of that group, I might be better qualified to answer than Il Divo.

I don't generally go around posting about things that I thought weren't all that great. I didn't waste my time ****ing about the way season one of The Killing ended, even though I watch the show and didn't care for that episode much. Same thing about the finale of Lost, though in that case I think they did about as well as they could have done given the corner they'd written themselves into. Neither do I go around posting about how the current season of The Office isn't as good as earlier seasons. I've got better things to do.

I hang out here and talk about ME3 because I like talking about Bio-style RPGs, and ME3's the most interesting thing in that genre lately. But if talking about that stuff wasn't my hobby, would I be here? Would I be responding to polls? Nope.

Go back and look at all your dismissive posts in this thread and realize you're being passive aggressive instead of antagonizing now that you've been banned several times.

You rarely provide evidence or analysis. Do you want to go back to count your posts that say nothing?

Chuckled when you pointed it out. Laughed out loud when I actually saw his signature.

AlanC9, personally I like you. You're not insulting and you provide perspective. But I have problem with people like you being the majority because I haven't seen any evidence for it. It's only implied. Anecdotal evidence as it has been presented over and over on BSN and other sites has not suggested Team Meh is the majority.

Beyond that, you spark debate in a respectful manner and make others reveal more information. That is good.
