Packs failing to purchase but losing credits?

I've had this happen twice now. I go to spend 99000 credits on the
Premium Spectre Pack but I get the message "Failed to purchase. Please
contact customer support." I don't receive my Pack BUT my credit
dissapeear. 100000 credits is a lot to lose, 200000 is soul killing.

So, how do I contact customer service? There doesnt seem to be an ingame function.

Had the same thing happen to me two times. When I contacted EA Game Advisors the answer I got was EA and Bioware are aware of the problem and are working on a solution. Hopefully we get the credits or the buys back.

Not just ingame points, I have lost Purchased Bioware Points, Contacted EA chat Support, Nothing they can do, Just following EA policy apparently. so they say, EA takes our Money looses us our points, then refuses to reimburse, To my mind thats Theft! Electronic Arts ... More like Electronic Ar.. Holes.
