would it be better to heavy melee kill then active defense matrix then tech armor?
Heavy melee = 20%
Matrix = 30%
TArmor = 40%

Been playing around with Tech armor and DMatrix with Melee synergy
was wondering

if it's mulpicative (which it is), then order doesn't matter.
.2(.3)(.4) is the same as .4(.2)(.3) which is the same as .3(.2)(.4)
My advice is use the two defensive powers first. It will let you get close enough to get the melee defense.
