I've had both Battlefield 3 (PC) and Mass Effect 3 (Xbox) attached to my Origin account since their respective release dates, but I never received the Battlefield 3 Promotional Pack in ME3. I contacted EA support twice and was told once that it was active on my account but to clear my cache and the second told me he couldn't do anything and directed me here. Is there actually Bioware staff around here that can help me with this issue or am I getting the run around?

Pretty sure another thread addressed this. The conclusion seemed to be that the games needed to be on the same format otherwise there will be no promo pack.
