The last time I started the game, several minutes ago, I recieved the Mass Effect 3 servers unavailable message.
Thye worked perfectly until the last time I played online about at 11 am UTC.

Is there a maintenance procedure in action or is it a tech problem?

EDIT:
UPDATE: I tried after about a hour and they were back. I don't know what  happened but I'm gald they are fully  functional now
