Right.
Try this:
1. Start -> Run... -> type services.msc and hit enter.
You should see a window called "Services" (or some such equivalent, depending on what localized version of windows you're using obviously

)
2. Find service Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater. Start the service if it isn't running (this service is supposed to start once you start the game, but...)
3. Start the game, logging into the DA servers (i.e. play online). Wait a few seconds, then chose tab "Downloadable Content".
4. If your DLC is authorized, you now should see everything you've installed under the "installed" tab.
5. If your DLC still is unauthorized, check your DA:O config utility and verify that you have a registration key for the game. If that is lacking, there's most likely your problem.
