There probably is a limit unless you want to dump ability scores into strength. What type did you choose?
Arcane warriors, what armor are you wearing??

For an armoured caster can't go past Wade's Superior Drakeskin.
+25 stamina, +2 regen (over the whole set) and you get a -25% fatigue bonus ( the set costs about 13 fatigue to wear).

As the magic attribute fulfills the str requirement after the first skill in the AW spec is taken, most AWs can wear whatever armor they want. My AW would pop out a BM CC spell, follow up with Mana Clash if appropriate, then turn on Combat Magic and wade in.
I wore the Warden's Keep DLC armor, never had mana problems.

For an Arcane Warrior, you use a lot of sustained abilities, but those sustained abilities make you near indestructible, especially if you use massive armor with it. If you are not using blood mage along with it, then yes, I would go with themaxzero's suggestion, as that will counteract all of the fatigue you would have.
A lot of people, however, use the blood dragon plate. A: it has a lot of armor, B: the fatigue isn't that bad with the -10% from the plate, C: +3 str/willpower isn't bad, and D: 50 health is great. If I were making an endgame build, I would put no points at all into willpower and simply build up magic and constitution, then just keep blood magic active and use my health to cast spells.
Since you won't be hurt much, if at all, as an Arcane Warrior, might as well use that health for something, aye?

I use Wade's Superior Dragon Bone Plate Armor. It is great for fighting Flemeth and the Archdemon because of the massive fire resistance it offers.

Wade's Superior Dragonskin ftw -25% Fatigue on the set
fyi themaxzero drakskin is -10% not 25
and is stamina Regen helpful?

Sorry Dragonskin is -25%. The medium armour you make from Dragonscales.

I use sustainable abilities. So I go with the Warden Commander armor.

Stamina Regen is the same as mana regen for mages... at least once you have the AW spec. I haven't had any reason to test a non AW mage and stamina regen items as of yet.

man all thows items with mana regen are useless then...
and so would a AW get +2 mana regen from Andruil's Blessing?
+2 to All Attributes
+20% Nature Resistance
+1 Mana Regeneration in Combat
+1 Stamina Regeneration in Combat
+10 Physical Resistance
??? im not calling you liers i just would like to knwo if this +1 for war rouge +2 for mages or just +2 for AW?
if you its still +1
this maybe be ther reson i have no problem full timeing SS and haste on my AW

I'm using Warden Commander armour. +50 mana from the boots, +1 armour, 0.5 extra mana regen, 10% physical resistance, 15% extra critical damage from the chest and 10% fire resistance from the gauntlets. Worn together knocks of 10% fatigue and adds 10 hp, counts for just under 30 armour. It also looks utterly cool and doesn't require me to wear a helmet.
Put simply, there is no better for my AW.

I think it just adds +1, and the description was included to make it clear that all characters can benefit from it.
If it is +2 for mages though, it would be +2 for warriors as well. So it is all good no matter what, I think.

Indeed, I think it's just +1. Though now that I'm aware Stamina = Mana for Mages, I'm wondering why stamina potions weren't in the game? I seem to remember them in Dragon Age: Journeys.

My AW finished the game with the Ancient Elven Armor set. I considered just using the armor of the Legion but I think AEA is more stylish. Lord knows I didn't need the extra armor, I was taking 1 to 10 damage a hit.

When I dream I use my imaginary revenant armor colored red and black. When I wake up, I am disappointed and settle for legion because I love +attack even though I'm giving up on those extra goodies.
