Another from THE best sci-fi movie ever made:

Cmdr Shepard on Rannoch: Nice climate you have here.  High oxygen content.
Legion: I seldom use it myself, sir.  It promotes rust.

Tali after Rannoch: The unknown future rolls toward us. I face it for the first time with a sense of hope. Because if a machine, a Geth, can learn the value of organic life, maybe we can too.

Doctor Chockwas: Mordin was too close to the problem. The Protheans had completed their project. Big machine. No instrumentalities. True creation.
Shepard: C'mon on, Doc, let's have it.
Chockwas: But the Protheans forgot one thing.
Shepard: Yes, what?
Chockwas: Monsters, Shepard. Monsters from the id.
Shepard: The id? What's that? Talk, Doc!
Chockwas: [slumps and dies]
Shepard: Doc?
Shepard: [sadly] Oh, Doc. Doc.

Garrus: Another one of them new worlds. No beer, no women, no pool parlors, nothin'. Nothin' to do but throw rocks at tin cans, and we gotta bring our own tin cans.

Tali: But you keep helping me. After all, you're not Legion.
Garrus: [chuckles] I wouldn't mind being Legion in certain ways. Uh, that's only in *certain* ways, of course.
Tali: I can see that was probably very clever, but I don't seem to understand it.
Garrus: There's no rush.

Fighting their way up the Citadel tower during the finale of Mass Effect, Shepard turns to Garrus during a lull in the fighting;

Shepard: "How you doing?"
Garrus: "... I have to pee."
*both burst out laughing*

A million internet points if you know the reference.

"To-day we live so cowed under the bombardment of this intellectual artillery that hardly anyone can attain to the inward detachment that is required for a clear view of the monstrous drama. The will-to-power operating under a pure democratic disguise has finished off its masterpiece so well that the object's sense of freedom is actually flattered by the most thorough-going enslavement that has ever existed."
- Spengler

One of my favorite writers ... so was this quote for reality or sci-fi?

Thane: Shepard. Guy killed me, Shepard. he killed me with a sword. How weird is that?

Something I'd expect Casey Hudson to say: I don't care what you believe in, just believe in it.

Harbinger: You're fighting a war you've already lost
Shepard: Yeah, well, I'm known for that.

And something for all the retakers: Dear Buddha, please bring me a pony and a plastic rocket...

All lovingly taken from Serenity and applied to ME3...

They thought it said, "Liberatis me," "Save me," but it's not "me." It's "tutemet:" "Save yourself."

It's not a distress call. The ending is a warning.

You're implying that a group composed entirely of female Asari will... breed?

No, I'm, I'm simply saying that life, uh... finds a way.

An adaptation of one of my earlier posts:

Harbinger - 'Shepard; your actions will be pointless'
Shepard - 'NO, THATS IMPOSSIBLE!'
Harbinger - 'Youtube the endings, you'll see it to be true'

Based on the Star Wars 'Luke, I am your father' quote

Right before Shepard goes back to earth, this is what he hears.

All of life can be broken down into moments of transition or moments of revelation. There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and dispair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is born in pain.

Well since the 'get the hell out of our galaxy" quote's been done before, here's a different babylon 5 one

Catalyst: As I look at you, Commander Shepard, I see a great hand reaching out of the stars. The hand is your hand. And I hear sound; the sounds of billions of people calling your name.

Shepard: My followers?

Catalyst: Your victims.

"Would you... like to have a patch for the game?"
"I had in mind something a little more radical."
"What... what seems to be the problem?"
"The ending."
"The ending; ah, well that's a little out of my jurisdiction. You..."
"I want more closure, f***er."

"I specialize in a very specific type of security... subconscious security."
- "You are talking about indoctrination."

"Indoctrination feels real while we're in it. It's only when we snap out of it that we realize something was actually strange."

"We create the essence of an idea. We bring the subject into that idea. And they slowly come to accept it."
- "Then you break them and control them."
"Well... it's not strictly speaking legal."
