Geth and Quarians according to the Catalyst:
Quarian: This is a fertile land and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land and we will call it... Rannoch.
Geth: I think we should call it your grave!
Quarian: Aaahh! Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!

What Shepard should have said at the end:
Catalyst: It's done, Shepard. You need to think about the people of this fleet now and surrender.
Shepard: No. Not now. Not ever. Do you hear me? I will use every cannon, every bomb, every bullet, every weapon I have down to my own eye teeth to end you. I swear it! I'm coming for all of you!

I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify the endings, and I realized that they’re not actually endings.

Every ending in this series instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding story, but Mass Effect 3’s do not. They move to a plot point and they multiply and multiply until every plot element is consumed, and the only way they can survive is to spread to another plot point.

There is an organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Mass Effect 3’s endings are a disease, a cancer of this game. They are a plague, and we are the cure.

We've been going about this all wrong. This Mr. Reaper's okay! He's a sailor, he's in New York; we get this guy laid, we won't have any trouble!

Bonus points if you can guess this one. Note it's from one of the best movies ever and came out a couple of months ago:

Shepard and his team crash landed on an alien planet, they've run out of supplies and Shepard just got bitten during a husk attack:
Shepard: "Maybe I'll turn into a husk now."
James: "Wait! That s*** is not real, right? I meant you can't.
Ashley: "Asswipe, what do you think? Really."
James: "I don't know, man, maybe like rabies or whatever. I didn't think the mother****er was gonna grow claws and glowing eyes and s***."

Shepard: "We're going to get a large branch and sharpen the end of it, and we're going to shove it up this Husk's ass. Then we're going to eat it."

You told them the ending was bad?...

They lied to us, Trinity. They tricked us. If they'd have told us the truth, we woulda told them to shove that ending right us their ass!

That's not true Cypher, the ending was deep.

Deep? You call the ending deep? All I do is what the starchild tells me to do. If I had to choose be between the starchild and my money back, well, I choose my money back!

One of my favorite quotes from Deus Ex: Human Revolution when Adam Jensen is commenting on his augmentations. This particular quote pertains to the ending.

"I never asked for this."

To all devs who use the term artistic integrity:

"You keep using that word, I don't think it means what you think it means."

I promise thats the end of The Princess Bride quotes, maybe.

EDI:" I want to have babies."
Shepard: "You want to have babies!!!!"
EDI;"It's every synthetics right to have babies if we want them."
Shepard:"But you can't have babies!!"
EDI:"Don't you oppress me!"
Shepard:"I'm not oppressin' you EDI, you haven't got a womb.Where's the fetus gonna gestate, you gonna keep it in a box!"

Sons of the Galaxy! Of Earth! My brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me! A day may come when our courage fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship. But it is not this day. An hour of varren and shattered barriers when this age comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you stand! Men of London! -Shepard

Return of the King?

Yeah I know it's not Sci-fi but I do think it fits.

I will not sacrifice the Normandy.

There have already been far too many compromises, too many retreats.

They invade our space, and we fall back.

They harvest entire worlds, and we fall back.

Not again.

The line must be drawn here! No further!

And I will make them pay for what they've done!

Star Trek, right? Can't remember which one.

My name is Jeff Moreau, a pilot... a radiation wave hit and I got shot through a plot hole... Now I'm lost in some distant part of the universe on a ship -- a totally hot ship -- full of strange, alien life forms...and Garrus.

Help me... Listen, please. Is there anybody out there who can hear me? I'm being hunted by an insane military Commander... He thinks I stole his love interest... I'm just looking for a way home.

*insert Farscape theme here*

Shepherd: [singing] Nooooobody knows the trouble I've seen.
Nooooobody knows my sorrow.
Harbinger: Oh, Shepherd, do lighten up. Sing something with a little bounce in it.
Shepherd: [singing] It's a small Galaxy after all
Harbinger : No no! Anything but that!
Shepherd: [singing] I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts.
Diddly Dee Dee
Here they are all standing in a row
Shepherd/
Harbinger: Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head
Shepherd: [whispering] Oh, I never had to do this with Soverign.

It doesn't fit with the story at all but I can just imagine Shadow Broker Liara saying "Only one human commander has ever survived battle with an Asari fleet. He is behind me. You are in front of me. If you value your lives…be somewhere else!"
