Do you even know? Is it choice or closure? Perhaps triumph, could it be for romance? Illusions Mr. Retaker. Vagaries of perception. Temporary constructs of a feeble gamer intellect trying desperately to justify an existence that is without meaning or purpose! And all of them as artificial as Video Games themselves... although, only a gamer mind could invent something as insipid as romance. You must see it, Mr. Retaker. You must know it by now. You can't win. It's pointless to keep fighting. Why, Mr. Retaker WHY, WHY DO YOU PERSIST!?

(Noticed the other Matrix quote. I might not be a big fan of the movies beyond the first as far as story goes, but Hugo Weaving can chew the scenery like nobody's business.)

Anderson - Ha, I'm very impressed. In other words the spectre most likely to save the galaxy is the one most willing to part company with the council and ignore everything except capitulating to the enemy. You'd agree with that?
Shepard - I'd agree thats what Saren was trying to say.
