Step one: Pick a Krogan.  Any one will do.
Step two: Get a really, really, REALLY stupid player on your team.  The louder and more certain he is that he's good despite constantly dying, the better.  Vantards work well for this.
Step three: Walk up to wall.
Step four: Face said wall.
Step five: Press light melee repeatedly for instant relief.
