Multiplayer Error Purchasing Item Packs

 I just tried to purchase a premium spectre package with bioware points. after waiting a few moments i recieved an error messege, something in the realm of "there has been an error processiong your request. please contact an administrator if it continues." after closing the messege, i lost the bioware points, but did not receive any items from the premium spectre package, nor even the package at all. 

i did a live chat with Origin CS, and they kind of sucked. basically they made me wait around for about 45 minutes just to tell me that if i dont recieve the package in 24 hours, to contact them again.


well?..

mysteriously, i re-started the game and the package appeared.

Same here. Too bad it seems like it was 5 character cards and none for new characters. Then the next 2 packs I got had an asari justicar, a batarian soldier, a talon, a paladin and 2 +1 for cobra!

Just happened to me too. So far this bug has cost me:-

1x veteren pack
2x spectre packs
1 premium spectre pack

and still haven't received a commendation pack for Operation Raptor

Disgusting...

since my original post, i have lost one premium spectre package and one veteran. neither has appeared after restarting the game.

I have purchased 3200 bioware points. The crap and the runaround that I have gotten has really pissed me off and no one has given me any kind of answers. I have been in touch with the lack of customer service and solutions since the games release. Anyone up for a mutiny?

c'mon now bioware. get this fixed. just played all night to stack loot for a resurgence pack, the damn store took the money i just played 4 hours for and gave me nothing for it.

quit fartin' around, and fix this. its a huge turn off.
