Hi All,
Just a few updates on what's happening with ship dates, new policies, helpful hints, etc...
Shipping to Canada: Since the crackdown on taxes on shipments to Canada, we've had to change our shipping methods. From now on, the taxes and duties will be paid up front at checkout to avoid the COD charge that has been causing so many problems. Just select: XPO Canada Priority Parcel Free at checkout.
Liara/Flemeth Statue Delays: Unfortunately we have gotten word from the manufacturers that there will be slight delays in shipping both statues. The most up-to-date information that we have available is:
Flemeth: Early July ship-date.
Liara: Early June ship-date.
Washing Instructions: We've been receiving a lot of CS cases about issues with products after washing - and we wanted to reiterate the washing instructions found in our FAQ to help everyone avoid these issues:
Various fabrics and printing processes handle being laundered
differently, but a good general rule for preserving shirts is to wash
them inside out in cold water and hang them to dry.
Hoping to get you some images/updates of NEW PRODUCTS we are working on later on this week.
Ms D

Ms. D,
I just put in a test order and the shipping price came out to $12.00 for one litho. I'm correct in assuming that this includes duties/taxes/COD?

Actually I expected it if im honest. All other retailers have her listed as a June/July release. Still, another two month wait...

Thats definately the right move to add the taxes to the checkout. This should eliminate the $7.25 cod fee aswell which would be very good.
I think Ms.D wrote the wrong name for the method, it shows XPO Can - Customs Duties Free – $12.00 for one litho. Unless the taxes are added at the last part of the checkout.

Thanks Nova, you always know how to cheer me up
On a serious note about washing and in my case dye loss. I have an N7 Elite and followed the instructions to the letter when I first washed it. In fact I put it on a shorter cycle to be safe and the loss of colour on the N7 Red stripe was significant.
Nothing to complain about, these things happen with bright colours rich in dye. But it was a bit of a shock I admit as the difference was very noticable.
Perhaps you should experiment on a couple of items prior to release and see if particular garments experience more dye loss then others. That way you can advise a bit more thoroughly and reduce the amount of complaints or comebacks you may get. If you know what garments may experience a heavier loss you can advise customers of it rather then the generic "always be careful".
Seems a silly suggestion, you may do it already but just in case

I can't seem to sign back into the bioware store, it said to click on forgot password to reset it because the security was improved, but the link they gave me is having a fatal error, what do I do?
