So geth and troopers can footstomp downed teammates, preventing them from reviving until the end of the wave.  I don't think any of the reapers do this though.

Did you guys ever consider having cannibal do this too, but via their eating animation?  Would be funny to see one of them tucking into one of your teammates as you're running over to revive them.

That would be cool, but instead of killing you instantly, it should drain your life circle faster.

Now that you mention it, I can't remember if the Marauders stomp or not. I could've swear they did, but now I'm unsure.

It's a good idea though they might need to change priority handling on regular corpses vs player corpses. Cerberus and Geth troopers both wait a while before stomping and will typically engage a nearby live player before going in for a stomp. Cannibals seem to make a b-line to any corpse they see and will ignore anything but a direct shot.

They can eat humans, husks, and cannibals. Just because you're an anthropophagus doesn't mean you can't have a varied diet.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  Cannibals are, in fact, supposed to be 'executing' downed players about as often as Cerberus Troopers do.  They do this by 'consuming' the player via their regurgitation of bile in order to tenderize the meal (some races are tougher than others after all).

That surprises me, as having played this game since release I have never seen a execution when playing against Reapers.

You're telling me Reapers are going to get harder? Seriously?

The lack of executions is the only thing bringing Reapers down to remotely the same level as Cerberus and Geth.
