i dont think bioware really understadn WHY we play their games. sure they make great stories(or one story they use over and over again) but the reason we like their universe is becasue of whats in it. and whats in ME is garrus, liara, ash, anderson, starchild........
yeah we love the character just as much as we love the rest of the game.
i wish i had more facetime with my LI in ME3. i wasnt expecting my romance to come to fruition at the end of ME3 considering i was with ash since ME1. i wanted to start banging ash immediately. not at the same point new players trying to romance ash would get.
I know what you mean, I also romanced ashley in me1 so I expected that to have a large effect on the romance. Also it annoyed me that in ME3 once ashley joins the squad we only get 4 conversations with her, one of which is when she is drunk, and one of which is the sex scene. I think most (if not all) of the romances were to short in ME3, I expected frequent conversations with ashley, and for that matter all of the characters in your squad. They halved the squad members and significantly reduced the Dialogue.
