@Bioware: How about an update on the Black Screen Issue?

I'm trying to stay polite but it's really hard guys... It's been over a month since this game breaking bug appeared and made the game unplayable. Please don't keep saying "We are looking into it" or "This is top priority" and then still leave us with just a pretty box and an unusable product. Even the Resante fix no longer works right since the patch was deployed (it works partially but if you go online it makes the game black hole again).

Do you have ANY idea what is causing this problem? Do you have ANY ETA when the fix is going to be done. If you want a profile that is bugged just ask and I am sure that there will be any number of players who will send you a copy of their broken ME3 profile and/or XBL profile.

All we want to do is play the game without it crashing before we even get to the damned main menu.

Either we should be worried that Bioware cannot find the fault or they cannot be bothered to inform their customers about progress on the one bug that prevents the game from starting at all. Having to hack your own profile JUST to play an £80 computer game is beyond ridiculous... but to have that same bug for over a MONTH is beyond ridiculous, it's absurd. It should have been hotfixed in the first WEEK.

I'm beginning to lose hope, like I lost hope with another recent EA title... Syndicate. It's like EA is aiming for the title of "EA = Everyone Avoid". They already won the title of "Worst Gaming Company In The US 2012". Now Bioware is trying to become the same.

I'm not trying to be abusive here... I just want to know what is going on (along with a lot of others) regarding the fix is all but all we are getting is platitudes that "We know about it" and "It's top priority" and "Soon".
