Just letting you know you aren't alone there Horacio. I got off with an EA helper Live Chat session (Ankit) and the best I've gotten so far in action is the Commendation Pack finally appearing in my Registered Content section.

I still don't see it in the store - the Registered Content states it's valid until April 10th 5pm, yet they were being reissued this morning roughly 6 hrs ago or more.

I'm gonna try asking another rep for help or some answers.
