My credit card does not seem to work with PSN anymore, I have no idea why =/ it works on the internet and all the websites like River Island and HMV.
Is there any other way to purchase Warden's Keep DLC for PS3, except from PSN? I remember there were some PDF files on the old forums, but I can't find them now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I am aware; you get it with the Collector's Edition as well. (Assuming that you get it in a the form of a code, you could attempt to buy this code from someone who didn't want to use it.)
Or, if you live in one of the countries that has PSN vouchers for 20-50 €/£/$, you can purchase one of those and buy it from PSN.

I've having the same problem mate. It's a bit of a bother, yet oddly enough a rather refreshing break from those 'other' ones that seem all to willing to yoink off with my penny.
You will be able to purchase a PlayStation Network Card from Amazon or such. It's normally the route I take. Relatively hassle free and cheaper too.

For me, the problem is that I'm at medical school, and our net doesn't allow my PS3 to access PSN. I can connect to the internet fine, but am denied logging on to PSN. I've tried contacting them (our IT people), and there's nothing they can do about it, since we share our network with the hospital.
Is there a way we can buy content on the PC and transfer over an installer or something onto the PS3 via a flash drive?

For the 'my internet is worthless' problem my friends usually find this solution to work; Visit a friend with a good internet connection. It's a hassle for me tough...
And if they don't sell vouchers in your country, try and import them. The U.S.A. once used to work for me here in EU.
Though, I reckon that in time we'll get a disc... And I belief the PSP has a PC based client for PSN, you could try and take the risk of purchasing it through that and copying it to your PS3... though I have doubts about it working...

Yes, I have a PSP Go, and there is a PC based client (Media Go), but you can only download PSP games and non-game media like music and videos. There is no option for PS3 material when you access the playstation store from Media Go -> in fact, it doesn't even show up.

You can buy the vouchers from Amazon.co.uk, if your credit card doesn't even work there I suggest checking your credit rating

I don't want to reveal my balance, but it's at least 130 times more than the Warden's Keep cost.
So it's not about the balance, and as I said, i could purchase other things from the internet easily.
