Not the first time someone's asked this! Just after the announcement there were a few threads about Return to Ostagar not showing as Available. Maybe that part should be highlighted in some way.

You need new spectacles. It didn't get released after all. Check various announcements here and there, but be advised that the amateur level seen so prevalently throughout the DLC distribution system's design reared its head again, and the site has conflicting information that no one tried to correct. The real new date hasn't been announced. Perhaps as soon as the end of this month, perhaps a few days past that.

They didn't specify which holiday. Could be Thanksgiving '10 for all we know, but I'm betting maybe by Valentine's or St. Patrick's Day, Mawlid, Mardi Gras, or Maha Shivratri.
