I started a poll for this this morning. I'm suprised that so far (30/84 votes) the human noble is winning. Its the origin I plan on being my first playthrough, I just thought mage would kill it .

It seems like you'll be limiting your experiance A LOT if you decide to do that with this game. There would be only two of the starting Origin stories you would be able to experance with that philosophy.

You know i don't normally play Dwarves in RPGs (unless i'm given a fully customisable party like in IWD1&2) but for this game i will be making an exception so i can at the very least experance the two Origin stories for the Dwarves.

Yeah... If it's going to bring about a whole new storyline, I might play through some of the others. Truth be told, I don't have much time for gaming, so it'll be rough to get through even one, I think.
Sucks that I don't already have any characters who are dwarves or elves... Hm...

I'm kind of torn between the Dwarf Noble and Dwarf Commoner (Warriors for both), but like most people said I'm probably going through all the Origin stories.

Contrary to my current avatar, I'm leaning towards a city elf as my first character, probably a rogue. I just like the backstory they have.
