Yeah i'm the same and i had thought that untill i watched the 20 minute play thru vid and saw how brutal combat can be at the start and i remember how squish mages can be especially if you haven't properly grasped the tactics and workings of combat. So it's Human Noble Warrior to get the feel for combat.vt_infinity wrote...

*dodges thrown rocks*
Seriously though, human warrior. I usually always played elves and/or wizard types in previous games, but I'm looking forward to the new combat styles of DA:O.

For some reason i think it would be apt to see a dwarf walking around with an inflatable sheep??? = /Fuzzyrabbit wrote...
Female Dwarven Noble, rogue. I just wish I could pick up Dog sooner as a dwarf, or at least an adorably fuzzy giant cave spider.

Yeah, the explaination for that is a very good one. Which it would have to be as all mages would find the same type of discrimination from certain people no matter their race (altho obviously elven mages would get it worse).Arduine wrote...
Dalish elf, rogue. It kind of bummed me out at first that I couldn't be a Dalish Elf mage, but I understand why I couldn't be. ^__^ At least in this game.

Well, I was set on a Dalish elf, but my human noble came out looking way cuter. So I dunno.

I no rite? I know right!? Ah the new in phrase. I hear 10 year olds using it even now.
