Me too, I have allredy created one Character for each origins.<br />
But I will start with the (good) Human noble char, fighting with shield and sword.
I am not certain on specs yet.

Either Elf Mage or Human Mage, my second playthrough will defiantly be a Dwarven Rouge

I gotta go with human noble first because Tim Curry plays a role in that origin. *shrugs*
Love Tim Curry. Otherwise I would have gone with City Elf or Dwarf Noble first.

City elf mage or city elf thief (aiming for bard). I'd love to play this peculiar origin but at the same time I really like the idea of a mage wielding swords.

City elf rogue, with a severe dislike for humans. (Gimme co-op ability to play, please!)

Elven Mage with either Blood Mage or Arcane Warrior as a specialization to start with but will eventually do them all. Never been interested in playing Dwarves but their whole political nature in the world of Dragon Age has me intreigued beyond belief.
I also absolutely love the idea of having to quest to unlock specializations, it always feels more rewarding when you're required to actually earn the right to be more powerful.

though... the dwarf commoner, dalish elf and human mage seem most appealing to me, but im not yet sure what to play.

I think I'll probably start with a human noble warrior (pictured left) but I really like the dwarf noble and commoner origins. May start a few and see which I prefer before I actually finish a play through.

Human noble warrior, sword & board, with Dog, Wynne and Leliana as companions. I'm still busy fiddling with her looks in the character creator, so no picture yet.
After that, it's dwarf noble warrior, human mage, and Dalish rogue ... though I don't know in which order these ladies will get their spotlight time. The noble dwarf origin intrigues me the most, but I don't think I'd want to play two warriors in a row.

Male human mage. My original plan was to be a human noble of the mage class and when I found out that that was impossible I was a little sad, but I still want to be a mage for the majority of the game. Although I do think that the city elf origin story looks the most interesting.

I'm torn between Human Noble and City Elf. If the former, then I'll be a rogue with the lady in my avatar. If the latter, probably a warrior of some sort. I'll wait until I have the game in my hands to make a final decision, but I plan to play through all the origins eventually.

so many to choice Dwarf commoner or noble ( I have heard rumour that when you speak with lower ranked fella on your noble your bodyguard or advisor speaks to him for you so you don´t need to speak with lower ranked people)
Elf Magi looks cool too but spell effects aren´t so great
and City elf would be cool because you can give slavers what they understand blade in their gut!
I make final choice when I install game on PC
