Whenever I try to do the multiplayer weekend challenges, it doesn't seem to register that I completed them.  I started doing it on the "Promote 2 Characters to Galaxy At War" challenge, and I didn't get the person-specific reward, even though I promoted 2 seperate characters.  I registered my copy, even though I didn't have to type in a code to do so, bought dlc, played online multiple times, and that kind of stuff.  And when I look at my EA account, it says I haven't gone online with Mass Effect 3 yet.  What is wrong with my game/EA?  Is there anything I can do to fix it?  I also uploaded my multiplayer data to the Bioware Mass Effect 3 progress tracker, and it still says I haven't played online.  I also, in options, set the "EA Online Tracking" thingie to on because it said if I didn't, I wouldn't get credit.  It still doesn't give me anything.
